Pastor Dorothy Stubbs

Pastor Dorothy Stubbs accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Savior at the age of 21. The biblical foundation was paved even earlier, however as she strayed away, it was God that brought her back. She always loved bible study and singing in the choir and her love for the word carried over into adulthood as she enjoyed teaching Youth Bible Study. Her cup overflows with love for the youth as she was a tremendous servant leader with the Amachi Program. She worked with young people who have autism. She loved serving as the Founder of Lost but not forgotten outreach and she served as volunteer Chaplain at the Allegheny County jail, along with being an official visitor for the prison society. Pastor Stubbs was also a producer for PCTV. Pastor Stubbs loves the scripture found in Mathew 25: 31-40 where Jesus says, “to feed the hungry, and clothed the naked.” Her works and fruits show that she meets the people where they are without judgment. Pastor Dorothy attended Allegheny Community College where she earned her associate degree. She attended Geneva College where she received her bachelor’s degree in Community Ministry in 2005. In 2015, Pastor Stubbs graduated with a master’s degree in organizational leadership. And, in 2021, she attended the School of Theology in New York. Rev. Stubbs is the proud Pastor of New Evangelistic Ministries in Duquesne, PA and she is also the Director of Evangelism in her church’s ministerial jurisdiction. She is the mother of two, Courtland Kenley and Latoya Austin, she has been blessed with three grandsons and two great grandsons. Her favorite scripture can be found in Philippians 4:13, which reads, “I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me.” For the past three years, Pastor Stubbs also served as one of the dynamic and anointed presenters of our women’s ministry Spiritual Development Classes. Pastor Stubbs is Overseer over evangelism & Widows ministry with Kingdom Destiny Fellowship International, The Rev. Dorothy Stubbs is the proud Pastor of New Evangelistic Ministries in Duquesne, PA.

Sherrie Woodring

Sherrie is a graduate of the University of Maryland and Johns Hopkins University in Electrical Engineering. She spent 26 years in the technology sector, founding and leading two software companies. After retiring from business leadership, she responded to God's call into philanthropy and service.
Sherrie serves on World Vision's National Leadership Council, where she advocates for Christ-centered Economic Empowerment. She lived in Tanzania for nearly five years as a volunteer, supporting Economic Empowerment programs and witnessing firsthand how the Biblical Empowered Worldview restores dignity, purpose, and hope.
Her journey has taken her across Uganda, Senegal, Zambia, Tanzania, Rwanda, Malawi, Kenya, Guatemala, and Honduras, where she has seen how faith-rooted economic empowerment can help break cycles of poverty and release God-given potential in individuals, families, and communities.
Sherrie later discovered that IcFEM played an instrumental role over ten years ago in developing the Biblical Empowered Worldview now used in nearly 100 countries, reaching millions of people. In 2024, she was honored to become the Patron of IcFEM, working closely with leaders to build sustainable pathways in healthcare, education, economic empowerment, and Christian discipleship.
Sherrie is the founder of Root-to-Fruit, a leadership engagement that strengthens senior leaders serving vulnerable populations to lead from the inside out-abiding in Christ, guided by Scripture, and aligned with God's redemptive purpose—so their lives, leadership, and organizations bear lasting fruit for the people and communities entrusted to their care.
